Smoothies are yummy and a great way to start the day. They are also a great add in as an effective weight loss plan to help you lose weight or maintain it. I have been having smoothies for breakfast for many years. I never seem to get tired of them and they fill me up and keep me satisfied until lunch time. So, here's what I put in my smoothie: Frozen berries, flax seeds, spinach, my collagen, almond butter and almond milk. I'd love to hear what's in your smoothie?
