If you don't have a plan, it can make lifestyle changes very difficult. We are creatures of habit and it takes less energy to do what we have always done than do something new and different. So if you are trying to lose weight and get healthier, make sure you create a plan that is realistic and easy to follow. Don't try to make too many changes at the beginning but set a small goal that you believe you could be successful at and then practice that for no less than a week. After that week, you can add on something new!
