I walked into my house the other evening and my two sons were watching this utube. It was about how to cut and use every vegetable there is. I had no idea there were so many. It's not uncommon to use the same 9 vegetables over and over again. Heck, I know I do! Watching this video inspired me to start coloring outside the lines when it comes to my vegetable shopping and cooking. Vegetables have so much going for them. They are filled with antioxidants, vitamins and fiber. They help fill us up with the added bonus of making us feel good.
