I have heard people complain about the extra pounds the have acquired over the past year during Covid. So much has changed for many including working from home. There are many benefits that come with working from home but one disadvantage is having your desk only a few steps away from the fridge. Too many unnecessary trips to the fridge can add up over time. Here are 3 things you can do instead: Trips to the fridge are often fueled by boredom or needing a break. Instead, try to do something like folding laundry or putting the dishes away. Not a something we would do in a typical work day but, it will provide a break and divert you from ending up at the refrigerator. Alternatively, brew yourself a nice cup of tea or pop your coat on and head out for a brisk walk around the block.
