About the program

The OneBowl online group weight loss program offers participants a great way to work through the program with all the program components the individual program offers  but with the added support of a small community all working towards the same goal. 

Each week  for six week, the OneBowl Program participants meets online in a Zoom format with a OneBowl facilitator who will teach you everything you need to know to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off.

OneBowl Program Components:

Six Week Program includes:

  •  Once a week facilitated 45 minute online group session for 6 weeks designed to work through the program fundamentals.

  • OneBowl program workbook download

  • OneBowl salad recipe book download

  • 30 minute goal setting session with your OneBowl Coach

  • 30 minute Nutrition coaching session with our certified Holistic Nutritionist.

  • OneBowl 8 ounce dinner bowl

  • 1 month supply of Arbonne Protein Powder for your morning OneBowl shake.

  • 2 support texts per week for 6 weeks.

Over the Six Week Program, you will:

  • Create powerful realistic & achievable goals.

  • Develop empowering strategies to overcome obstacles to success.

  • Learn and incorporate the fundamentals for effective, lasting change.

  • Create a healthy eating routine that is designed to help you lose weight.

  • Build a healthy relationship to food and eating.

  • Learn what foods are the best for you and will which help you lose weight.

  • Create and practice living from a strong foundation to support a commitment to your personal well-being. 

  • Get tons of support while you are on the program.
