Step 2

Receive Your OneBowl Kit 

As soon as we receive your registration, we will ship to you your OneBowl Kit.  
You'll receive your chocolate or vanilla protein shakes, and your beautiful bowl. You'll also receive the OneBowl lunch salad download recipe book and the OneBowl Weight Loss Workbook download.    That's everything you need to get started. 

Step 3 

Book Your Coaching Session

Support is a critical factor in helping you achieve success.   As soon as you receive your OneBowl kit, you're on your way to making positive changes in your life, but don't forget we will be there, right beside you all the way. Get started now and book your first 30 minute telephone coaching session with one of our OneBowl certified wellness coaches and your 30 minute nutrition coaching session with one of our certified nutritionists. 


Here is what you can expect from your OneBowl Weight Loss Program coach:  One time 30 minute intro coaching session, 2 weekly 15 minute telecoaching sessions, 2 weekly support texts for six consecutive weeks.
